Decisions of the Boards
Important Notice
The operation and function of the Transport Appeal Boards (TAB) have been transferred to the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission (IRC).
From 1 July 2010 all Appeals against Disciplinary and Promotion decisions are lodged with the IRC’s Registry.
Amendments to the Transport Appeal Boards Act 1980 and the Industrial Relations Act 1986 provide for the President of the Commission to review decisions concerning the promotion and discipline of officers and employees of the State Transit Authority, Sydney Ferries and RailCorp.
